Ron Widener and Associates values the trust you place in us. Sometimes we obtain personal, financial or non-public information from you when conducting normal business activities. We agree to keep any such information confidential and to use such information if obtained by the us only for the purposes for which it was disclosed. If we obtain information such as social security number, drivers license number, credit card number or any other identifying data that could be reasonably defined as "non-public", we do so only to meet requirements from regulatory agencies or to reasonably conduct our business. We maintain reasonable information security safeguards in our offices and limit access to member and customer information to those with legitimate needs for such access. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect personal information from being accessed by unauthorized persons. We do not release, sell or disseminate this non-public, personal information.
