In the State of Georgia, Used Motor Vehicle Dealer applicants are required to attend a “PRE-LICENSE” seminar (O.C.G.A. 681-11.01). This certification must be submitted with the dealer license application package.
RON E WIDENER & WAYNE REAVES conduct four seminars per month in Atlanta, Austell, & Macon. Our seminar was the first seminar approved by the State Board in 1988. Our experience and knowledge will provide you the tools for a successful application process.
RON E WIDENER is currently a license Motor Vehicle Dealer, licensed insurance agent, and Dealer Seminar Instructor. He was a lobbyist for the Georgia Independent Auto Dealer Association for 12 years and still monitors the legislative process to keep up on changing laws. He is widely acclaimed to be an authority on license processing, sales tax processing, and title processing.
WAYNE REAVES operated a successful Buy-Here Pay Here car lot for over 25 years and is a pioneer in promoting successful dealer operations in the Southeast. He is an expert in providing you the knowledge for paperwork compliance as a dealer.
Both conduct “Enhanced training seminars” for licensed dealers to include the required 6 hour Continuing Education every 2 years. (Details for future seminars are available upon request).
